This restaurant serves mainly Chinese cuisine, which is situated at Dunedin city centre. Also, some quick and simple rice with an accompanying dish. We have ordered six different kind of dishes, and most of them tasted good. I especially liked the braised egg plants, which was tasty and appetizing. The others were the spicy and sour fish fillets soup, braised tau foo, shreddered chicken, tom yam clear soup, and sweet & sour chicken. Prices here are reasonable, and the helpings were quite big.
Update 9/7/19: ordered the more expensive pork belly on their menu-the slow braised pork belly in brown sauce, which, by the way does not come with rice (extra $2 bowl) but boy was it worth it. Although the portion is not huge, the pork belly is cut into large satisfying chunks and the meat was steeped in flavour, sweet savory, and overall very tender. There were a few dry parts, but overall the flavour was so potent that made the fish worth the price. The dish itself also was true to the image on the menu and I couldn't have been more satisfied.
Friend ordered the beef pad Thai and it is a really good lunch time special deal for the portion. The noodle was a little soft but the beef was tender and the flavour slightly
sour and flavorful. Lovely atmosphere, enjoy the color scheme of the place. Good value during lunch time. Ordered the tofu cashew nut stir fry which they made vegan. (Thanks for catering for all the options!) It was
very pretty upon serving, and the portion size was decent. The cashews were roasted well and delicious, not bland. The vegetables and tofu were really well seasoned and the
sauce was thick not watery making it perfect to be paired with rice! There were also a good amount of tofu present and the ratio of veges to rice was great.
Definitely need to go again sometime and try more of their dishes. Friend recommends the prawn pad Thai noodle, she always gets those every time she goes!

We, a family of four (two adults and two kids) went to Home edition for lunch. It is one of our favorite restaurants in Dunedin. The best dish here is the thai green curry. It has been consistently good in all the occasions we have been here (say about half a dozen times). Another favorite is the pepper beef stir fry. Our kids love pad thai noodles and chicken chow mein. There are options for vegetarians also. The staff are friendly and helpful. The portions are of a good size. Good value for money. A must visit if you like Thai and Asian food!
